It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Alan Puhak of Telford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael "Midge" Puhak and Margaret Puhak (Skoff). He is survived by: his wife Janet (Masteller); his sons, Blake Puhak (Leslie Saar) of Richmond, VA and Adam Puhak (Jennifer Rittenhouse-Puhak) of Smock, PA; his granddaughters, Emma, Ella and Etta Puhak; his sister Maryann Colarusso (Ronald) of Fort Collins, CO; his niece Lee Colarusso (John Agosta); his nephew Anthony Colarusso (Alice); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Scarlett, Max and Waverly of Rye, NY.; Thomas of Steamboat Springs, CO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael's name may be made to the Lutheran Community of Telford, 12 Lutheran Drive, Telford, PA 18969.
