Seward John Foland II, 74, of Telford, PA formerly of Cobleskill, NY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA. Sue was the loving husband of Linda (Kulp) Foland for 39 years. He was born in Cobleskill, New York to the late Seward J. Sr. and Hilda (Helligas) Foland.

Seward was also known as Sue, Stu, and Jr. to his many friends and relatives. The nickname Sue came from his love of country music and the song by Johnny Cash, The boy named "Sue". A graduate of Cobleskill Central High School class of 1962 he then attended the State University of NY. He was a Drum Major in the Cobleaires Drum and Bugle Corps , a Corrections Officer at St. Albans Maximum Prison, St. Albans, VT, Second Command Security at the Gilboa Hydroelectric Power Plant, Gilboa, NY, Selkirk Hardward Store, Colobleskill, NY, Sunoco Oil Co., Cobleskill and NewYork Professional meat cutter for Geerkens Meat Market, Worcester, NY.

Sue served as a Law Officer for Bushkill Special Police Division, Bushkill, PA. Administrative Assistant, Second Command, Miley Detective Agency, North Wales, PA, and was a former secretary of the Fraternal Order of Police, Norristown, PA. Sue was a mechanic for Golf Carts Inc, Doylestown, PA. Retiring in 2011 he was part-time as an auto parts delivery service for CarQuest and Advanced Auto Parts in the Telford- Souderton area.

A former member and Deacon of Lawyersville Reformed Church of Lawyersville, NY where he taught Sunday School Teacher, sang in the choir. Sue's special interests includes bowling, autos and keeping in touch with family, friends and classmates. He had a special love for country music and the 50' & 60's music. Sue also sang in several country bands in New York and PA during his earlier lifetime.

In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by three sons, H. Lee Foland his companion Connie of NY, Seward John Foland, III of TX, and James Foland of NY; four daughters, Debra Foland of NY, Christina Lynn Yarborough her husband Jeremy of TX, Amelia Joy Foland of TX and Elizabeth Deming of NY; three step-sons, Robert Lee Hasker, Jr. of East Stroudsburg, PA, Richard Lee Hasker of East Stroudsburg, PA and Keith Wayne Hasker his wife Kimberley of Saegertown, PA; 25 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren. ; one brother, Douglas Roy Foland his wife Nancy of Shelbyville, KY; two sisters, Lois Elaine Kemmer her husband John of Cobleskill, NY and Sonya Aileen Kealey her companion Andy Parcell, of Cobleskill, NY.;.
