She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Stepnowski and Frances Stepnowski (Milewski); her husband William Shipley; and her siblings, Casimir, Frank, Joseph, Thomas, Felix and Helen Garland.
She is survived by: her son Joel Shipley of Croydon, PA; her siblings, Stanley Stepnowski (Joyce) of Perkasie, Michael (Jean) of Bensalem, John (MaryAnne) of Yardley, Edward of Philadelphia, Vincent of Maryland, Anthony (Cathy) of New York, Frances Stepnowski of Upper Moreland and Catherine Stepnowski of Philadelphia; and her sister-in-law Patricia Stepnowski (Felix). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
