Lori A. Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lori A. Smith of Templeton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lori A. Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis E. "Jack" Hopper and Vivian I. Hopper (Buzard); and her sister Jacqueline Hopper. She is survived by: her husband Rick Smith; her children, Caleb Smith (Megan) of Penn Hills and Kaylee Dubia (Zack) of Widnoon; her grandchildren, Carmen, Cleo Smith, Scarlet and Briar Dubia; her brother Randy Hopper of Templeton; and her sibling's children, Avery of Fenelton, Gabe of Fenelton and Leo of Fenelton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kittanning Church of Christ (213 Blaney Rd, Kittanning, PA 16201).
