He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mummert and Charlotte Mummert (Knaub); his son David H. Mummert, Jr.; and his brother Dennis Mummert. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Mummert (Wetzel); his children, Pauline Williams (John) and Todd Mummert (Chris); his grandchildren, Rebekah, Joshua, Julianna and Wesley; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Judah, Emelia and Jordan; and his sister Doreen Hayes.
