Kindig; his children, Michael P. Tice, James F. Tice, Melinda J. Lapp and Joanna L. Trainor; and his grandchildren, Cody M. Tice, Ryan J. Lapp, Clara J. Lapp and John Trainor (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
