He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Howlett and Doris P. Howlett (Robinette); and his brother Michael D. Howlett, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Rodney J. Howlett, Jr. (Shannon) of Dallastown, PA; his sister Karen Brown (Larry) of Falling Waters, WV.; his grandchildren, Rodney J. Howlett III, Bronson G. Love and Jason C. Howlett; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Alencia, Alania and Bentley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
