She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Forrest and Beulah Agnes Pannebaker (Rice); her husband Earl R. Nickel; her daughter Eleanor Dustin; her son-in-law David Dustin; and her siblings, Martha Wilson, Catherine Hook and Ronald Pannebaker.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Swartz (Deborah Kratzer), Althea Souders (family: Clara Meadows) and Rebecca Ohneck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
