She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Welshonse and Martha P. Welshonse (Williams); her son Rodney Clarence Keister; and her siblings, John "Jack" Welshonse, Sr., William Welshonse, Bertha Snavely, Dorothy Burns, Donna Baughman, Betty Welshonse, June Welshonse and Louise Delancey.
She is survived by: her husband Morgan "Jim" Keister; her daughter Tammy L. Elsasser (Daniel) of Thompsontown; and her granddaughter Megan N. Elsasser.
