He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden D. Bumgardner and Mary Bumgardner (Couch); his son Timothy Bumgardner (Timmy); his granddaughter Chelsea Hoffman; and his siblings, Donna Russell, Mary Clarke (Birty), Robert Bumgardner (Bump), Jacob Bumgardner and Terry Bumgardner.
He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Bumgardner (Colyer); his daughter Krista Grubb; his grandchildren, Nolan Grubb of Mt. Union, Stella Longenecker and Dexter Longenecker; his sisters, Janet Winthrow of Huntingdon, PA and Cathy Ballard (Donald) of Hickory, N. C.; Alison Longenecker (Daniel Longenecker) of Port Royal, Kenneth R. Varnes of Mifflin and Larry Glen Varnes of Mifflin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
