He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Hart Sr. and Edna Winward Hart; and his sister Joan Supplee. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Wise of Millsboro, DE; his children, Timothy L. Hart (Karrie) of Gap, PA, Randy Hart (Meghan) of Los Angeles, CA, Stacey Stirling (Kevin) of Cochranville, PA and Daniel Hart (Katherine) of Oxford, PA; and his caregiver Rayona Eaton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant United Methodist Cemetery.
