He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry, Naomi Thomas and June Thomas; and his niece Kairo Mensah. He is survived by: his parents, David J. Sugg and Amanda "Janie" J. Sugg (Thomas) of Thorndale; his daughter Naomi June Sugg; his grandparents, James and Janet Sugg; his sister Amanda "Mandie" Mensah (Andrew); and his nieces, Shiloh and Noa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mike's name to The Parkesburg Point Youth Center, 700 Main Street, Parkesburg, PA 19365.
