She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth E. Bell; and her parents, James Toohey, Sr. and Audrey Lockwood Toohey. She is survived by: her sons, Scott K. (Barbara) and Jeffery M. (Joanne); her grandchildren, Shannon, Andrew and Patrick Bell; and her brother James Toohey, Jr. (Loraine).
