She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Chopack and Adele Chopack (Riley); her husband David J. Hudack, Sr.; her siblings, John, Jeff Chopack, Kally Chopack and Judy Searfoss; and her pet Radar.
She is survived by: her children, David J. Hudack, Jr. (Terra), Jarrod Hudack (Bianca), Tamara Hartman, Jennifer Crock of Columbus, OH and Brynn Kozak (David); her grandchildren, Michael, Hannah, Brendan, Connor, Kaylin, Hudson, Madison, Nevayah, Hazel and Henry; her siblings, Terry Chopack and Lynn Lattimer; and her nephew Bruce Clause. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
