She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Achuff and Lillian Achuff; her brother Walter G. Achuff; her former husband Earl Foster; and her husband J. Edward Ackleson.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Zurl (Stephen), Beverly Milowicki (David) and Earl Foster (Susan); her stepchildren, Lynda Shrom (Richard), Steven Ackleson (Mary) and James Ackleson; and her grandchildren, Ryan Funderburg, Kristin Lilley, Rachel Nicholls, Zion Foster and Lili Foster. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Marilyn's memory be made to organizations supporting ALS (als.org) or MS (mssociety.org) research, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
