She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Martin and Mabel Inez Barkman (Duvall); her husband Edwin L. "Eddie" Steach; her grandsons, Frederick Steach Jr. and Steven Rhodes; and her children-in-law, John C. Rhodes, Jr. and Amanda Steach.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Rhodes of Williamsburg, PA, Frederick L. Steach Sr. of Three Springs, PA and Martin "Marty" L. Steach (Sandy); her granddaughter Karen Steach of San Jose, CA; and her daughter Holly Nash of Elizabethtown, PA.
