It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas O Plummer of Three Springs, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Plummer and Betty Plummer (Partner); and his sister Debbie Consiglio. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Hughes (David) and Robert Plummer (Charlotte) of Altoona; his brother-in-law Sonny Consiglio of Hollidaysburg; and his close friend Patty Stallman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Tom to the Central PA Humane Society.
