She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Kenneth Tapper; her parents, Herbert Moore and Phyllis Lippiett Moore; and her sisters, Margaret Ferguson and Florence Schaffer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Tapper Martinez (Daniel) and Sandra Pickering (Edward Jackson); her sister Phyllis Bright of West Chester, PA; and her pets, Duke and Sasha. She is also survived by 7 step grandchildren, 12 step great grandchildren, and 3 step great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frank T Mazur Funeral Home (601 Dundaff St, Dickson City, PA 18519). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
