She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Smith of Hershey, PA and Jeremiah Smith of Altoona, PA; and her siblings, Terri Imperial (Leonard) of Warren, PA, Brian McManigle (Luann) of Newport, PA and Erin McManigle of Tidioute, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
