He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ziegler and Anna Margaret Ehman Ziegler; his son Kevin Allen Ziegler; and his brothers, Jack and Kenneth Ziegler.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lewis; his children, Jacqueline Lang of Tidioute, Rhonda Salopek (Anthony) of Pleasantville, Susan McClintock of Pittsburgh, Bruce Ziegler (Stephanie) of Pittsburgh, Robin Ziegler of Pittsburgh, Amy Yule (Doug) of Pittsburgh and Paula Bevan of Pittsburgh; and his sister Margaret Koffler of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
