She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Young and Pearl Young (White); her husband Clair Duane Powell; and her brothers, Leonard Young and Elmo Cyphert.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Phillips (Thomas) of Mayport, Jeffrey Powell of Timblin, Wendell Powell (Beth) of Sprankle Mills, Gayle Gigliotti of Punxsutawney and Keith Powell (Diane) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Nathan Phillips (Kayla), April Marks (Billy), Lynsey Walter (Jason), Cody Phillips (Manda), Jessica Powell (Justin), Seth Powell, Renea Snyder, Paul Snyder (Jessica) and Julie Yenzi (Corey); and her sister Patricia Emhoff of New Bethlehem. She is also survived by twenty one great grandchildren.
