He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Noe and Ruth Noe (Daniel); and his daughter Stephanie. He is survived by: his children, Jerry, Jason, Michael, Rhonda Thompson and Terry Yost (Frank); and his fiancée Mary Miller. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
