She was predeceased by: her parents, Major William Grandin and Beverly Neidlinger (Palmeter); her husband James R. Heck; her stepfather Floyd Neidlinger; her son-in-law Keith Preston; and her siblings, Bill Grandin, Joy Pekarski and Charlene Meacham.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Preston of Lawrenceville, PA, Michael Heck (Patricia) of Camden, TN, David Heck (Tina) of Tioga, PA, Brian Heck (Melissa) of Tioga, PA and George Heck (Teresa) of Tioga, PA; her sister Reba Pierce of Alleghany, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Heck (Sharon) of Knoxville, PA, Pete Heck (Nancy) of Knoxville, PA and Sue Heck of Lawrenceville, PA.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren.
