Cheryl Ann Tarr Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl Ann Tarr of Tionesta, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Weaver and Ruth Weaver (Baker); her husbands, William Hall and Pat Tarr; her brother Timmy Weaver; and her children, Gina Prelog and Timothy Prelog.
She is survived by: her children, Karlissa Hoover of West Hickory and William Hall Jr. (Jessica) of Kellettville; her siblings, Allen Weaver (Ginny) of East Hickory, Janice Hutchinson of East Hickory and Eleanor Weaver of West Hickory; and her grandchildren, Alysha Clark of Titusville, Jessica Kennedy (Jake) of West Hickory and Dylon Snell of West Hickory. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the West Hickory United Methodist Church (3474 Main St, West Hickory, PA 16370). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cheryl's memory to Hospice or the Rouse Home, whose staff provided exceptional care and compassion in her final weeks.
