She was predeceased by: her parents, Royd H. Brewer and Ruth A. Brewer (Boucher); her husband Ronald E. "Ron" Shaffer; and her brother Ronald Brewer. She is survived by: her son Doug Shaffer (Marie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tionesta Church of God (1582 PA-36, Tionesta, PA 16353). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials in Donna's honor to be directed to the Tionesta Church of God Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 247, Tionesta, PA 16353.
