He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Loughrey and Annie E. Loughrey (Olinger); his daughter Bambi L. Ingram; his brother William H. Loughrey; and his sister-in-law Arlene Loughrey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Loughrey (Tregaskes); his daughters, Anita M. Troup (Roger) of Kittanning, Audra S. Loughrey of Tionesta, Shani D. Miller (James) of Kittanning and Dawn E. Galway (Thomas) of West Brownsville, PA.; his pet Baby; his grandchildren, Erika, RJ, Ben, Nate, Ashton, Johnathon, Wyatt, Corey and Jeffrey; his great grandchildren, Makalia, Hudson, Henley, Brea, Hunter, Lexi, Gabby, Cadance, Leland, Phoenix, Isabella, Kelaiah, Boaz, Solomon, Anna, Mary, Taylor, Savanah, Cole, Jace, Jackson and Jaysa; his great great grandchild Stella; his brothers, David L. Loughrey (Connie) of Worthington, PA and Thomas W. Loughrey (Donna) of Kittanning; and his close friends, Jim Grida, Jerry and Ray.
