He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman P. Motzer and Annabelle Motzer (Lehman); his brother Daniel P. Motzer; and his sister-in-law June Motzer (Kovalchik). He is survived by: his sister Donna Faye Brown; and his sibling's children, Alex H. Motzer of Chambersburg, PA., Susan A. Witherell (Scott) of Tionesta and Patty Schafer of Phoenix, AZ..
