She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Zuendel and Ruth Zuendel Mealy (Dickrager); her former husband Robert Culver; her husband Ed Patrick; her siblings, Margaret Rumbaugh, Jean Mealy, Beatrice Burig and Carl Zuendel; and her son-in-law Doug Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Romona Carlson, Kathleen (Gene McFail), Leslie (Mike Holt), Rex (Kathy Culver) and James (Susan Culver); her grandchildren, Jennifer Call, Jed Smith, Michael McFail, Justin McFail, Tracy Holt, David Holt, Hilary Culver, Bob Culver, Jeff Culver, Samantha Baldwin, Stephen Culver, Annie Culver and Jessie Culver; her sister Mary Lee Lehman; her brother-in-law Don Burig; and her son-in-law Paul Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
