She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Marie Pearce (Zimmerman) and Guy Zane Pearce; her husband Simon Clyde Shissler; and her brother Richard Dutt Pearce. She is survived by: her son Mark P. Shissler of Altoona; and her sister-in-law Paulie Bird of Lancaster.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bice Memorial Chapel - Homewood Living Martinsburg (437 Givler Dr, Martinsburg, PA 16662). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
