He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Moore and Winifred Moore (Todd); and his brothers, John and Todd. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Pauly; his children, Christopher Moore (Kelli), Elaine Foor (Bill), Marnie ODonnell (Bob), Andrea Christine (Chad) and Teri O'Shell (Clay); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Wilson, Sierra, Easton, Weston, Elijah, Seth and Emma; and his sister Mary Ann Burger.
The family suggests that contributions in Earl's memory be made to Tipton Baptist Church.
