She was predeceased by: her parents, Edie Mae and Lacy Hubert Seltz of Dublin, VA.; her husband Willis Don Gilbert; her son Elic; and her brother James Seltz.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy J. Clark (Doug) of Titusville, PA; and her siblings, Doris Radcliffe (Clarence) of Dublin, VA and Jack Seltz (Francis) of Dublin. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
