He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. "Tim" Wescoat and Daisy M. Bloss Wescoat; his wife Faye D. McCann; and his brothers, Marion N. "Red" Wescoat and Walter A. "Skeeter" Wescoat Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Randall H. Wescoat (Connie) of Titusville, Lori Blair (Rob) of Centerville and Tammie Richard (Tim) of Pleasantville; his grandchildren, Tyler Richard (Joanna) of Warren, David Wescoat (Victoria) of Pleasantville, Max Blair (Brandy) of Centerville, Niki Presto (Brandon) of Houston, PA., Austin Wescoat (Laurel) of Tionesta, Andrew Wescoat (Kelsee) of Titusville and Joe Richard of Pleasantville; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Bennett, Marcella, Charlotte, Lucia, Mclane, Hayes, Kendall, Cameron, Alec, McKynlee, Nolyn, Walyn, Dekyn, Bowyn, Aidan, Mila and Fin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
