He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marion "Stub" Howe and Mildred "Midge" Whitten Howe; his stepdaughter Tammi Wescoat; his grandson Michael Wescoat; his nephew David Howe; and his brother George "Pete" Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Armstrong of Titusville; his daughters, Kathy Weagraff (Jon) of Columbia, SC and Karen Shoup (John) of Titusville; his stepchildren, Theresa Lewis (Dallas) of Pleasantville and Tim Fish (Betsy Ann) of Titusville; his son-in-law Randy Wescoat of Pleasantville; his grandchildren, Tabatha Hvozdik (Jeff), Tia Weabey (Jason), Abelin Weagraff, John D. Shoup (Stevie), Casey Shoup (Katherine), Ben Lewis (Shylynn), Jeff Lewis (Samantha), Nicole Mellon (Josh), Nicholas Wescoat (Jacquelyn), Michelle Wescoat, Alisha Martin (Derek Schwab), Brooke Loney (Tylor) and Morgan Fish; his grandson-in-law Brandon Heller; his sister Betty Crisman of New Port Richie, FL; and his caregiver Chris Armstrong. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home (303 N Washington St, Titusville, PA 16354).
