He was predeceased by : his parents, Esmond See and Rose Marie Rose See; and his siblings, William "Bill" See, Victor "Butch" See, Patricia Henderson and Ruth See.

He is survived by : his wife Ann English; his daughters, Laura King (Shawn) of Meadville, Megan Taylor (Aaron) of New Castle and Rachael Rubaker (Ryan) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Audrey King, Cole Taylor, Grace, Jenna, Mariah and Duke Rubaker; his siblings, Edward See (Julie) of Titusville, Richard See (Vicki) of Titusville, Robert See of Titusville, Joan Nichols of Titusville, Margaret Black of Titusville and Beverly Young (Bill) of Titusville; and his sister-in-law Rose See. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
