She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Lewis and Dorothy Lewis (Boyle); her siblings, Gordon, James, David, Robert, Richard Lewis and Bonnie Pollard; her nephew Brian Lazorishak; her father-in-law Harding Shaw; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Shaw and Sandy Shaw.

She is survived by : her husband Roger Shaw; her children, Teresa Kroh (John) of Cornish, NH, Scott Shaw (Emily) of Pittsfield and Katie Blest (Jesse) of Lowellville, OH; her grandchildren, Spencer Sekanina, Kennedy Eddins (Greg) and Chandler Sekanina; her children, Ryan, Reagan, Dylan Shaw, Ciera, Nevaeh, Bree, Lilias and Eowyn Blest; her great grandchild Melina Stewart; her sisters, Janice Jacklett of Guys Mills, Sarah Rollick (David) of St. Mary's, Nora Lewis of Titusville and Beth Thompson of Pittsburgh; her mother-in-law Betty Shaw; her sisters-in-law, Judy Miller of Kittanning and Carol Cutchall of Franklin; and her close friend Kathy Prichard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
