He is survived by: his children, Shelby Hiller (James), Jolene Knox (Charles) and Troy Plavsity (Brittany Wilwohl); and his grandchildren, Brett Knox, Audrey Hiller, Logan Hiller, Lilly Plavsity, Liam Hiller and Iris Plavsity.
