He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Barker, Sr. and Beatrice Prody Barker; his son Thomas "T. J." Barker, Jr.; and his siblings, Jammie Barker and Bonnie McCauley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Wolfe; his children, Kaleena Barker of Titusville and Justin Wolfe (Kristen) of Titusville; his niece Olivia Wolfe; his daughter-in-law Dorothy "Dot" Barker of Titusville; his grandchildren, Andrew Barker (Jordan Eason), Tori Oakes, Clayton Barker, Oliver Barker and Cora Wolfe; his great grandchild Daxson; and his siblings, Leonard E. Barker, Jr. (Renee) of Titusville, Mark Barker (Holly) of Titusville, Gary Barker of Titusville, Stephen Hatzenbiehler (Ruby) of Bremerton, WA and Rose Marie MacQuarrie of Titusville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
