He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knecht and Susan Knecht (Darinsky); and his sister Barbara Beehler. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Raymond); his children, Chad Knecht, Robert Knecht (Jennifer), Charles Knecht (Jamie), Kimberly Allen (Shannon) and Samantha Strunk (George); his sister Patricia Quick (Merton); and his grandchildren, Abby, Caden, Kendall, Lexi, August, Winter, Archer, Emmett, Asher and Dalhia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Parish (212 PA-390, Cresco, PA 18326). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (236 PA-390, Cresco, PA 18326). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Parish (212 PA-390, Cresco, PA 18326).
