He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brown and Irene Caldwell; his wife Mary Caldwell (McCleese); and his brothers, Hilliard Caldwell, Douglas Caldwell and Bobby Caldwell.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Caldwell Jr. (Deneene) of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Lula Thomas of Tobyhanna, PA, John Thomas (Yasmine) of Union and Livingston Cross of Union; and his brother Paul Caldwell of Chapel Hill. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of extended family members and friends.
