He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hollingshead and Anna Hollingshead (Stapleton). He is survived by: his wife Connie Eichensehr; his daughters, Kim Gervase (Dave) of Holly Springs, NC, Heidi Morningstar (Ryan) of Saxton, PA and Kerianna Ickes (Derek) of Schellsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Allie, Tucker, Abby, Tessa, Sophia, Emma and Rhett; and his siblings, Darla Crotsley, Frank Hollingshead and Carolyn Turco.
