She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Castle and Julia Castle (Ward); her husband Anthony V. D'Amico, Sr.; her children, Anthony V. D'Amico (Kathleen), Donna D'Amico-Lilley (Harry) and Mary Belfiore (Henry); and her grandchildren, Adrian, Alicia, Brianna, Nicolas, Jenna and Daniel.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Gloria D'Amico of Bear, DE..
