He is survived by: his close friend Dorothy Brown; his children, Norine Wintermute (Michael) of Gillett, PA, Judy Elchak Lines of Powell, PA, Carol Sue Ackley (Fred) of Liberty Corners, PA, Charles W. Brown Jr. (Billie Jo) of Monroe Township, PA and Frank Richard Brown (Kim) of Monroeton, PA; his stepdaughter Monya Lee Tsiknas (Lou) of Troy, PA; and his sisters, Joyce Richlin, Towanda and Irene Murray of Columbia Crossroads, PA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
