He is survived by: his wife Pamela Charlesworth of Towanda, PA; his sons, Clayton Charlesworth of Saratoga Springs, NY and Matthew Charlesworth (Jennifer) of Asheboro, NC; his grandchildren, Lillian, Paige and Gavin Charlesworth; and his siblings, Priscilla Skarada of Bonita Springs, FL and Phillip Charlesworth (Michele) of Plantation, FL..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Blood Cancer United or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
