He was predeceased by: his grandson Oliver Stewart Silva. He is survived by: his parents, William "Buddy" Rice of Corriganville, MD and MaryJo Rice (Goss); his wife Jennifer L. Rice (Dinelli); his daughters, Virginia Teelon (Alex) of Warren Center, PA, Anna Silva (David) of Phoenix, AZ, Lily Rice and Abigail Rice of Towanda; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Barrett, Aria Teelon and Josiah Silva; his sister Carrie; his brother-in-law Ron Toliver of Michigan; his sibling's children, Logan Shipe, Nathan Toliver, Louis Dinelli IV, Rebekah and Alyssa Dinelli; his parents-in-law, Janice and Louis Dinelli II of Liberty Corners, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Louis III and Sarah Dinelli of Ashburn, VA.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Independent Baptist Church (109 Cherry St, Towanda, PA 18848). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Clinton served as a board member with the Athletico Cares Foundation.
