He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Suzanne Dougherty; his father Herbert Sr. of Tunkhannock; his daughters, Meredith Rodgers Esquire and Dr. Elizabeth Whinston (Josh); his grandchildren, Nolan, Quinn Abrams and Nels Rogers; his siblings, Beth Megatulski, Lynne Hunting, Herbert Rogers Jr. and Jeremey Rogers; his mother Elizabeth; and his pet Virgil.
