He is survived by: his wife Stacia Mae Madigan (Liddick); his children, Erin Roberts (Kurt) of Monroeville, PA, Michelle Kapottos (Michael) of Factoryville, PA, John Mark Terre-Blanche of Granville Summit, PA and Jesse Terre-Blanche (Meghan) of Lynchburg, VA; his grandchildren, Rosalie, Evelyn, Clara, Brody and Ella; his siblings, James Madigan of Luthers Mills, Anne Madigan of Troy and Marilee Neer of Russiaville, IN; and his caregiver Jeanette Callaman.
