He is survived by: his children, Mary C. "Colleen" Hoffman Pearlman (Wade) of New Jersey, Henry E. "Chip" Hoffman III (Terry Gray) of Towanda and Dr. Timothy J. "Tim" Hoffman (Karen DiOdoardo) of Towanda; and his grandchildren, Neysa, Melanie, Nancy, Kamri and Kolby. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
