She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Irvin Perry Sr. and Eleanor Mills Perry; her husband Charles F. "Skip" Miller; her son Jeffrey Charles Miller; and her sister Joan Perry Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Mark D. Miller (Terry) of Clarks Summit, PA, Major General Leslie A. Purser (Retired) (Lt. Col. Joseph A. Purser (Retired)) of Dandridge, TN, Stephen J. Miller of Sayre, Daniel L. Miller (Laura) of State College and MSG. Peter J. Miller (Retired) (Kim) of Rome; her brother Vernon I. Perry Jr. of Powell; and her brother-in-law Larry Burns of Vestal, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home (217 York Ave, Towanda, PA 18848). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church (106 3rd St, Towanda, PA 18848-1798).
The family suggests that contributions be directed to Saint Agnes School, 102 Third St. Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of Marilyn R. Miller.
