She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward VanHorn and Albertha "Peg" "Sadie" VanHorn (Frutchey); her son James D. "Jimmy" Thomas; her grandson Nicholas Warner; and her siblings, Vonnie Davenport, Shirley Homan and Charles VanHorn.
She is survived by : her daughter Tammy Thomas of Montrose, PA; her granddaughters, Stefiny Martin (Shane Martin II), Miranda Warner and Sadie Warner; and her great grandchildren, Shane A. Martin and Nora Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
