He was predeceased by: his father Robert Gerald White; his wife Glenna M. Hallett White; his daughters, Darci Jo White and Deena Jo Potter; his granddaughter Alainna Lynn Stempel; his mother Betty J. Sick White; and his siblings, Veronica White, Tommy White, Robert "Jerry" White and Dale White.

He is survived by: his sons, R. Darrin White (Amy) of Sayre and Dayne E. White (Wynn) of Statesville, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan Michael, Nicole Whitney, Karina Jae and Steven Tyler; his great grandchildren, Cayden Robert, Carson Richard, Owin Michael, Lily-May Jo, Amaya Jo, Amelia Gean, Landen Alexander, Evin William and Quin Marley; and his siblings, Regina Herr (Zan), Daryl White, Dawn White and Raymond White (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family suggests that contributions may be directed to Towanda American Legion Post No. 42, 912 Main St. Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of Richard David White.
